Noise from the rooms above is prominent. every step is audible, which made it hard to catch some Z's. The shower pressure is very powerful—perhaps too much for those with sensitive skin, leading to a bathroom floor soaked due to leaks. The indoor heated pool was disappointingly cold and the sauna and steam room were out of order, despite being advertised. The bathroom lacked sufficient shelves for toiletries, and there were noticeable stains on the walls and tiles that detracted from the overall aesthetic. A missing toilet brush and towel holders were minor annoyances in an otherwise functional bathroom.

We just had the most delightful stay! The breakfast was cooked to order and absolutely heavenly, especially the locally sourced bacon and sausages. Plus, the sea views from the terrace during breakfast were just stunning! We thoroughly enjoyed lounging by the outdoor pool, and the staff made everything feel so leisurely. Can't wait to return!

I loved my stay, especially because the breakfast was delicious and the pool area was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. it’s just a short walk to stunning spots like Torre Abbey Museum and the Royal Terrace Gardens, which are both perfect for a leisurely stroll.

Just a nice choice for a flying visit in Torquay with good value considering the price it charged. The staff, Furdoon and Stuart, were super friendly and fun. For a relaxing time, be sure to check the tuck shop for snacks.

The indoor pool and jacuzzi were excellent, really helped me unwind after a long day of dealing with. you know, life's little challenges. And the breakfast? Cooked to order! Those sausages were first-class, just like what I like to achieve, high quality, and satisfying.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the quality, it was all right.
